House cleaning built for Atlanta’s larger homes
Cleaning a multi-floor home isn’t the same job as cleaning a single-level condo — and it isn’t close. Buckhead manor houses with original 1920s hardwood. Three-story Roswell colonials with a different layout on every floor. Tuxedo Park estates with formal living, family rooms, and a fully finished lower level. Across the Atlanta metro, we send dedicated multi-person teams trained for multi-level homes, and we follow a 12-point standard from the top floor down.

Built for the scale of Atlanta’s largest homes
When most cleaning services say “house cleaning,” they’re imagining a single-level ranch. That isn’t the Atlanta house stock most of our clients live in. In this metro, a house often means three to five floors connected by staircases, each level with its own set of rooms, its own dust patterns, and its own challenges. A Buckhead manor house has 12-foot ceilings and ornate plaster moldings that collect dust where you can’t reach without a step ladder. A Druid Hills historic home has original 1920s heart pine floors that don’t respond well to the wrong cleaning solution. A Tuxedo Park estate has a formal floor, a family floor, and a fully finished lower level. A Roswell colonial has a sloped attic suite with radiators tucked into alcoves. These details aren’t something you learn from a training manual.
We approach every house cleaning top-down. We start on the highest floor and work down level by level, so dust and debris fall toward areas we haven’t cleaned yet. By the time we reach the ground floor, every staircase has been vacuumed, every banister wiped, and every room on every floor has received the same thorough attention. No floor gets shortchanged because the team ran out of energy on the climb.
Our Keeper teams know that you don’t use the same cleaning solution on original heart pine floors that you’d use on modern engineered hardwood. They know that plaster walls can’t take the aggressive scrubbing drywall can. They know which surfaces in your home need the soft-finish treatment and which can take a more thorough pass. Across thousands of cleans in the Atlanta metro, this is the kind of expertise that compounds — and it’s the difference between a house that’s been cleaned and a house that’s been cared for.
Multi-person teams. Flat-rate pricing
A house cleaning isn’t a one-person job. We send teams of two or three, sized to the scope of your home, and we allocate the time the job actually requires — no rushing through the third floor because there’s another appointment in forty-five minutes. Flat-rate pricing means you know exactly what you’re paying before we arrive, and that quote is built around the real scope of your home, not a generic per-square-foot formula.
For homes with outdoor spaces — covered patios, sunrooms, screened porches — a sweep and tidy can be included as part of the service. We also handle the small things that accumulate in larger homes but not in apartments: mud tracked from the back garden, pet hair caught in stairwell runners, dust on built-in bookcases that stretch floor to ceiling. Thousands of cleans across the Atlanta metro, and larger homes remain some of the most rewarding work we do — the transformation is dramatic when it’s done right.
We have a three-story home in Buckhead and tried two other services before Pro Cleaning Experts. The difference is they actually clean every floor with the same level of detail — the upper-floor bedrooms aren’t an afterthought. They also knew the right products for our original wood floors without being told.
