The clean that turns finished into move-in ready
A finished build isn’t the same as a clean home. The drywall dust gets into every grain of the hardwood. The paint splatter on the new tile and the smudges on the fresh fixtures. The construction debris in the cabinet interiors and the silicone tape residue on the brand-new windows. Every finished project across the Atlanta metro — from a Buckhead full-home remodel to a Druid Hills historic restoration to an Alpharetta new build — needs a different kind of cleaning than a lived-in home. We do that cleaning, on a contractor’s timeline, with a two-phase standard refined across hundreds of projects.
A 12-point standard for new builds and renovations
Drywall dust removal from all surfaces, floors, walls, and ceilings
Vacuum and HEPA filtration of fine particulates from the home’s air
Paint splatter and overspray removal from floors, glass, and fixtures
Sticker, tape, and label residue removal from windows, appliances, and fixtures
Fixture polishing — faucets, handles, light fixtures, hardware
Inside cabinet, drawer, and closet detail cleaning
Inside appliances — oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave
Bathroom fixture and tile detail — grout, caulk, glass enclosures
Window glass interior and exterior (within reach), plus tracks and sills
Floor deep clean appropriate to each surface — hardwood, tile, stone, carpet
Light fixtures, ceiling fan blades, vents, and HVAC return grilles

The hand-off that makes builders look good
The cleaning at the end of a project is the last thing a builder controls before the homeowner walks through. Done well, it amplifies every other decision — the cabinets shine, the floors glow, the fixtures glint, and the final walk-through becomes a celebration instead of a list of small complaints. Done poorly, even the best work gets undermined by dust on the windowsills and paint splatter on the floor. We work alongside the GCs, custom builders, and designers we serve to make sure the hand-off is the cleanest part of the project.
We coordinate to your timeline — not the other way around. Most builders book Phase 1 (rough clean) within a day of when heavy work wraps, and Phase 2 (final clean) the day before, or day of, homeowner walk-through. We’re fully insured (general liability + workers’ comp), bonded, and our crews are W-2 employees — so we meet the insurance and credentialing requirements on every site, including HOA-controlled communities and gated developments throughout the metro.
For builders and designers who run multiple projects at once, we offer trade pricing and dedicated scheduling across your active job sites. Reach out for partnership terms — we work with custom builders across Buckhead, Tuxedo Park, Druid Hills, Alpharetta, Milton, and Sandy Springs, and with the major Atlanta interior design firms on full-home renovations and new builds.
Move into the home you actually paid for
If you’ve just finished a major renovation or a new-home build, you’ve spent months looking at samples, choosing finishes, and reviewing change orders. The day the project wraps is the day all of that finally comes together. You shouldn’t spend that first walk-through cataloging what’s still dusty. Marble countertops shouldn’t still have residue from the cardboard they shipped in. Hardwood floors shouldn’t still have a film of drywall dust between the boards. New windows shouldn’t have manufacturer stickers and tape on the inside of the glass. The whole point of a renovation is the finished home — not the project.
We do the cleaning your builder probably didn’t price into the contract — the deep, time-consuming, detail-level work that turns a technically finished project into a home that’s actually move-in ready. After that, we can transition smoothly into recurring service if you’d like, with the same Keepers who know your home from the day you took possession.
We did a full-house renovation in Buckhead — 14 months, every room down to studs. The builder did a ‘final clean’ that wasn’t close to ready. Pro Cleaning Experts came in for two days and made the home actually look the way we’d been imagining for the past year. Worth every dollar
