A 12-point standard for new builds and renovations
Drywall dust removal from all surfaces, floors, walls, and ceilings
Vacuum and HEPA filtration of fine particulates from the home’s air
Paint splatter and overspray removal from floors, glass, and fixtures
Sticker, tape, and label residue removal from windows, appliances, and fixtures

The cleaning at the end of a project is the last thing a builder controls before the homeowner walks through. Done well, it amplifies every other decision — the cabinets shine, the floors glow, the fixtures glint, and the final walk-through becomes a celebration instead of a list of small complaints. We coordinate to your timeline — not the other way around. Most builders book Phase 1 (rough clean) within a day of when heavy work wraps, and Phase 2 (final clean) the day before, or day of, homeowner walk-through. We’re fully insured (general liability + workers’ comp), bonded, and our crews are W-2 employees — so we meet the insurance and credentialing requirements on every site, including HOA-controlled communities and gated developments throughout the metro.

Move into the home you actually paid for
If you’ve just finished a major renovation or a new-home build, you’ve spent months looking at samples, choosing finishes, and reviewing change orders. The day the project wraps is the day all of that finally comes together. You shouldn’t spend that first walk-through cataloging what’s still dusty. Marble countertops shouldn’t still have residue from the cardboard they shipped in. Hardwood floors shouldn’t still have a film of drywall dust between the boards. New windows shouldn’t have manufacturer stickers and tape on the inside of the glass. The whole point of a renovation is the finished home — not the project.
